Refund Policy
How refunds work for EventPics Premium
1. Free plan
EventPics is free to use with 2 GB storage. No payment is required for the free plan, so no refund applies.
2. Purchases via Apple App Store
If you purchased a Premium subscription through the Apple App Store, the payment is processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID and select the purchase you want a refund for.
Apple's refund decisions are final and outside our control.
3. Purchases via Google Play
If you purchased a Premium subscription through the Google Play Store, the payment is processed by Google. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Google:
- Visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
- Select the EventPics subscription and follow the steps to request a refund.
Google's refund decisions are final and outside our control.
4. Direct purchases (web)
Web purchases are processed by our payment provider Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for these transactions. You may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date, provided you have not made substantial use of the Premium features during that period.
The easiest way to manage or cancel your subscription and request a refund is through the Paddle customer portal:
- In the EventPics app or web app, open Prices & Packages and tap Manage subscription — this opens your personal Paddle customer portal, where you can view invoices, cancel, and request a refund.
- Alternatively, use the “Manage your subscription” link in the Paddle invoice / receipt email you received, or look up your purchase at paddle.net.
If you need help, you can also contact us at [email protected] with your order details. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle, typically within 10 business days.
5. Statutory withdrawal right
As a consumer within the EU, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of purchase. This right may not apply if the digital service has already begun with your explicit consent and you acknowledged that the withdrawal right would be forfeited upon commencement of performance. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
6. Cancellation vs. refund
Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to Premium features until the end of the paid period. To cancel, use the subscription management in the App Store, Google Play, or — for web subscriptions — the Paddle customer portal (EventPics app or web app → Prices & Packages → Manage subscription).
7. Contact
For any questions about refunds, please contact us at [email protected]. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
