The EventPics photo booth arrives by post. Your guests see their picture on the screen straight away, scan the QR code and have it on their phone in full resolution. Booth pictures and guest phone photos end up in the same album.

Deposit and return

So you know what you are agreeing to.

250 € deposit

Placed at booking and released again after the booth comes back. If it returns undamaged and on time, you get all of it back.

If something is damaged

We only keep the actual repair costs, with proof. Normal signs of use are not damage.

If the return is late

40 € per started day, never more than the deposit. What counts is the day you hand the parcel in, not the day it arrives.

What does a photo booth cost elsewhere?

For context, the usual market prices in German-speaking countries, each per event evening with four to six hours of running time.

Other providers often add travel beyond 30 to 50 kilometres, extra instant prints from around 0.30 € each and a person to attend the booth. For a wedding with 80 to 100 guests, the realistic total there is 350 to 550 euros.

The picture on the phone straight away

The photo appears on the booth screen right after it is taken. Anyone who wants it scans the QR code and downloads it in full resolution, without signing up. It all happens on the booth itself, you do not need a second tablet next to it.

One album for everything

The booth is connected to your event album through the EventPics API and uploads every picture automatically, into its own sub-album if you like. Next to it sit your guests’ phone photos and the photographer’s pictures. Afterwards you download everything at once as a ZIP, in full resolution.

How a request works

1. Send your request

Date, location and a rough guest count are enough.

2. Answer within 24 hours

We tell you whether we can cover your event and send you the booking for 250 € plus the 250 € deposit.

3. The booth arrives by post

In good time before the weekend, in a transport case with a return label. Plug it in, stand it up, done.

4. Send it back

Pack it up after the weekend and hand it in. The deposit is released afterwards.

  • Wedding: the booth next to the bar in the evening, the guest photos in the same album all day long.
  • Company and Christmas party: with approval turned on if you like, so you see what lands in the gallery before everyone else does.
  • Birthday and party: self-service, no attendant needed.
  • Trade show and public event: where guests do not know each other, the booth only offers the most recent shots for download. Anyone arriving an hour later no longer sees the earlier pictures.

Not every celebration needs a photo booth. For many events the plain QR code upload is enough: guests scan the code on the table card, upload their phone photos and everything lands in a shared album. No shipping, no deposit, no rental cost. 250 euros including VAT for the whole weekend, shipping both ways included. On top of that comes a deposit of 250 euros, which is released again after the booth is returned. Other providers in German-speaking countries charge 150 to 600 euros depending on the equipment, usually for a single evening of four to six hours.

We ship within Austria and Germany. We are building the booth right now and looking for partner businesses in both countries. Send us your request with the date and location and we will tell you honestly whether we can already cover your event.

Only for what actually comes up. For damage that means the documented repair costs, for a late return 40 euros per started day, never more than the deposit itself. If the booth comes back undamaged and on time, you get the full deposit back.

The booth comes with a storage package of 50 GB for three months, at no extra cost. That comfortably fits the booth pictures and your guests’ phone photos in one album, even for a large celebration. After the three months you can keep your album with a subscription or download everything as a ZIP beforehand.
