How to make a QR code for photos at a party or wedding

People often look for the QR code first and the album second, but it is the other way round. The code is only a shortcut to a web address, so the album has to exist before the code means anything.

1. Create the event in EventPics. The album link is generated with it.
2. Open the event and download the QR code as PNG or SVG.
3. Optional: change colour, dot style or shape in the QR code generator. SVG is the right format for print.
4. Place the code on a card, a poster or a slide, and write one short line next to it, for example "Scan to add your photos".
5. Scan the printed card with your own phone once before the event.
